1 lb hamburger
3-4 medium potatoes
28 ounces diced tomatoes
1 lb elbow macaroni
14 ounces green beans, drained (optional)
salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)
Cooking Instructions
Brown hamburger in a large pot.
2While the meat is cooking, boil the pasta to al dente and set aside.
3Cut the potatoes into small cubes (less than 1/2") and add to the hamburger.
4Cook the meat and potatoes for ~5 minutes over medium heat before adding the diced tomatoes (juice and all) to the pot.
5Season liberally with salt, pepper, and paprika.
6Put a lid on the pot and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the potatoes are tender. The smaller your cubes, the faster they'll cook.
7Once the potatoes are cooked through, add the green beans and macaroni and stir to combine.
